City Academy is a London-based Performing Arts academy for adults. During a three-month Digital Marketing Internship with them, I helped create and post social media content across different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter), as well as contributing to the maintenance of their website.

Writing copy and posting social media posts was a large part of my role, using social media management software to plan and schedule content. I also provided live coverage of events on social media when needed.

Helping to maintain the City Academy website was also a major part of my role. I wrote copy and chose the layout and design of pages for a number of location and course pages, as well as sourcing the images used on the page. I also completely rewrote metadata for course and location pages in order to boost SEO for the site.
